Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary based on destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing times, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Aytch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is a mistake, please contact us immediately at 1804@aytch.net so we can attempt to correct it before shipping.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at 1804@aytch.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
