Aytch Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

At Aytch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email us at 1804@aytch.net within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Prepare Your Return: Once your return is authorized, securely package the items in their original packaging, if possible.

3. Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will send out the replacement item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 1804@aytch.net within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

International Returns:

For international orders, the same return conditions apply. Please note that Aytch is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on return shipments.
